During a recent trip to Stapleford Park, Lloyd and I discovered a new brand of body products that we instantly fell in love with, even before we came to smell them!
We're both huge fans of "musky", rich, warm, spiced scents like tobacco, frankincense, sandalwood, and all that good stuff. So when we read "Whisky & Water" on a hotel sample in our en suite by Noble Isle, we instantly had to get stuck in.
"During the creation of Noble Isle, we travelled the length and breadth of the British Isles to source authentic ingredients that celebrate the natural riches of England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. Noble Isle’s sumptuous lotions and washes feature natural extracts from celebrated producers, including Rhubarb from Yorkshire, Sea Oak from Ireland, Malted Barley from Scotland, and Beetroot from Wales." Noble Isle
In only 2 nights of staying at Stapleford, Lloyd managed to work his way halfway through the complimentary goodness, and I won't lie to you, we just had to take the remainder home to love and cherish, forever and ever (well...for a few more washes).
Whiskey & Water [SHOP]: A liquid gold redolent of the finest oak-aged single malt with warm vanilla and cedarwood on the nose and skin-calming extract of Scottish malted barley.

Fireside [SHOP]: Fireside kindles the warm, spicy aromas of a country inn with cinnamon and cypress oil, comforting vanilla and vitamin-rich organic beet extract.

Heart notes: Black Pepper, Ginger
Base notes: Oakmoss, Vanilla
"Britain in a Bottle Noble Isle sources natural extract of malted barley from the time-honoured Balvenie Distillery in Dufftown, one of only a few distilleries still harvesting and malting its own barley to create an exclusive range of handcrafted single malt Scotch whiskies, characterised by a smooth, honeyed complexity."
Rather fabulously, you can get both of these gorgeous scents for your bath and body in the rather aptly named "Cosiness Encased" gift set, available to shop here for a very well priced £32.00 (If purchased solo, these gorgeous things are at the £20 price point, and worth every penny).
What makes both of these beauties so addictive is how indulgent their scents apply, and stay on the skin. I've not found another rinse off shower product yet which sticks to your body as if it were a body butter or post wash product. You can continue smelling incredible for an entire day, and still notice it upon brushing your teeth before bed that evening.
You can forget needing any kind of standalone scent for your bathroom with these too, because the whole place will smell of Noble Isle, and it'll stay that way indefinitely if you're a frequent user. It blows my mind how much perfectly punchy nasal power these products have!
Most definitely I need to get my hands on trying the Lightning Oak hair and body wash. If bodies can smell this good with the shower gels, then I might just fall over with delight if my hair can swoosh out something similar aswell.
Lightning Oak Hair & Body Wash [SHOP]: An enduring, handsome fragrance, balancing smoky wood aromas with modern notes of crushed pepper and bergamot, enriched with toning extract of English oak.
Top notes: Bergamot, Grapefruit
Heart notes: Cardamom, Clove Bud
Base notes: Vetiver, Sandalwood.
Which Noble Isle would you most like to try out for yourself? Are you a fan of woody scents, or would you prefer something a little more floral or fruity, like 'Rhubarb! Rhubarb!" or "Summer Rising"? Both of which sound utterly amazing, may I add...
